We begin with a conversation about your scalp condition, any hair history that is relevant (colour, bleach, perm, rebonding), and what you would like to achieve. This takes around 10–15 minutes and shapes the session entirely.
我们从了解您的头皮状况、相关发丝历史（染发、漂发、烫发、离子烫）以及您希望达成的目标开始。这大约需要十至十五分钟，并完全决定疗程方向。

The full treatment is performed in a private room at a calm, considered pace. The duration depends on the programme you select — from 1 hour for HARU up to 3 hours for AKI.

Yes — the reduced first trial price applies to all five programmes: HARU (RM238), NATSU (RM298), AKI (RM398), FUYU (RM399), and SHIKI (RM399). It is available to new guests on their first visit only.
No. There is no obligation to purchase a package or commit to further sessions after your first trial. We will share a recommended care plan, and you can decide in your own time whether to continue.
If you are unsure, send us a WhatsApp describing your main concern — oily scalp, hair loss, sensitivity, overall fatigue — along with any relevant history. We will recommend the most suitable programme before your visit.
All appointments are made via WhatsApp at +6011-6847 9413. We are open Monday to Sunday, 10:30 am – 7:30 pm. Simply message us your preferred date and programme, and we will confirm a time.
