Moisturising Treatment

Repair Treatment

For chemically treated or weakened hair that has lost structural integrity — over-bleached, repeatedly coloured, or permed hair that breaks, splits easily, or feels hollow. Strengthens the internal bonds of the hair shaft and restores texture and resilience.

A structured session from preparation through to final sealing — each step timed and applied to suit your specific hair density and porosity.

Consultation

We assess your current frizz level, hair texture, and chemical history to identify the most appropriate treatment and set realistic expectations for the result.

Preparation Wash

A deep-cleansing wash opens the cuticle and removes any product buildup so the treatment product can penetrate effectively rather than sitting on the surface.

Product Application

Section-by-section application ensures even coverage throughout — from root to tip, with extra attention to areas of damage or dryness.

Processing Time

Customised to your hair's density and porosity. Denser or more porous hair may require a longer processing window for full product absorption.

Machine Application

Steamer, infusion iron, or heat iron — the method depends on the treatment type. Heat seals the product into the cortex and activates the treatment at a deeper structural level.

Sealing & Blow-Dry

A final sealing step with heat or a finishing mask locks in the treatment. Your hair is then blow-dried and finished — so you leave with an immediate result you can see and feel.

Aftercare at Home

The longevity of your treatment is directly connected to how you care for your hair in the weeks that follow. Four habits make the biggest difference.

Sulphate-Free Shampoo

Switch to a sulphate-free shampoo to protect the treatment result. Sulphates break down the product faster and accelerate frizz return — especially for smoothing and keratin treatments.
Limit Heat Styling

Excessive heat will shorten the life of your treatment. When you do use a hairdryer or straightener, always apply a heat protectant first and use the lowest effective temperature.
Weekly Deep Conditioning

A hair mask used once a week helps maintain the moisture balance and softness your treatment has restored. It is especially important for repair treatments on heavily processed hair.
Maintain a Regular Treatment Schedule

Most treatments benefit from a periodic top-up rather than waiting until results have fully faded. Your stylist will advise on the ideal interval based on your hair type and the treatment received.

Some hair smoothing systems release formaldehyde gas when heated. We use carefully selected products and ensure proper ventilation throughout any heat-activated service. Please disclose any sensitivities, respiratory conditions, or pregnancy before your appointment so we can choose the most appropriate product system for you.
